Causes of stress among young people

Stress among young people has be get in one of the most hot issues nowadays and there has been considerable debate regarding its causes. From my point of view, the triad most common justifications for stress among young people are as follows.

First and foremost, develop has usually been cited as the most full-grown cause of stress among youngsters. Undeniably, knowledge is ever increasing and the hail of knowledge that students are supposed to study at school these days can be nerve-racking. Therefore, instead of absorbing knowledge naturally, they are crammed with it. They are over essenceed with the workload and hardly imbibe time for recreation and relaxation. Undoubtedly, strain is unavoidable.

Secondly, non-supportive parents are excessively some other factor that adds to youngsters stress. They engender such high expectations of their children that they sometimes leave no attention to their childrens feelings. For instance, they always require their children to gain first-class academic records and take little nonice of how much misery their children have to encounter. In this way, children are put under terrific pressure, which can easily lead to some psychological problems, particularly stress.

Last but not least, in the buff social relationships cropping up during adolescence also pose some problems. It is obvious that adolescence is the period that people come through enormous emotional changes. At this stage, people have a tendency to get acquaintance with and make friends with umteen other people, in particular, to start having girlfriends or boyfriends. Because they are not mature enough, some dissatisfaction in their relationships, such as have sex break-up, can easily make them sorrowful.

I can definately agree with these points. Im a frashman in high school and sometimes just thinking about stress is stressful. I recently moved to a crude school and Ive never been so stressed out in my life. Not only do I ace the burden of catching up on schoolwork and making new friends, my parents put so much pressure on me to military service around the new house. Its tough, but I guess everyones got to look at with it. Overall, good essay.
